Never give up

Hey !!

So i have begun to write a blog not keeping it as my only profession but,yes to make some productive use out of it .

Many of us including me have the bad habit of surrendering as and when we come across failure. For those people, i think that this blog might be beneficial... 

We all know the richest persons in the world but what we don't know is how they failed several times before reaching to success.
While you struggle day in and day out towards the fulfillment of your dreams, know this "if there is no struggle there is no progress" thus getting inspired by this quote i have written a true story of a person who after unlimited failures is now considered among one of the powerful persons in the world...and when you

reach the end of the blog i can give guarantee of the fact that you will then never ever imbibe the habit of giving up until you fulfill your dreams.... 

Thus getting started..!

You all must have heard the name of Jack Ma,the founder of Alibaba. His life is perhaps the greatest example of success through failure.
He was born in the city of hangzou in china growing up in a poor family . Being a young child he used to visit the hotels where US tourists stayed so as to learn english in exchange for giving them tours around the city. 

Speaking of his failures:

He failed his university entrance exam twice scoring less than 1% in maths. After graduation he had applied for 30 jobs and all where rejected. 24 people who applied for a job at KFC, jack was the only one getting rejected, he was also rejected by the police force .. being said that he was "no good" for the job. 

Despite his repeated failures and rejections Jack persisted

throughout. Ma started a translation service business and visited US as a translator where he was introduced to the internet and from that moment his interest entered in a new phase of computers and coding. The idea of creating an online store came in his mind after discovering the lack of Chinese beer in online search results . This led him to launch his online venture called 'china page' which listed Chinese businesses and products. Though it generated a flood of emails.. for expansion more funding was required which tempted him to partner with a government company .. unfortunately the company gained majority control over the venture which ultimately led to his departure from his business.
If these failures have happened with us then we would definitely be on the urge to give up.. and this was the secret behind his greatness that he didn't give up.. 
In 1999 he with a group of 17 others pitched the idea for an

online market for small and medium sized business. As large amount of fund were requires for his venture he travelled to silicon valley where again he was rejected as his idea was said to be unsustainable. Eventually he was able to secure funds of US$5  Mn from Goldman Sachs and 20 Mn US $ from soft bank. Until 2003 the future still looked bleak for Alibaba as it was not able to generate any revenue since three years. Ma also faced internal issues in Alibaba as for the company to grow attracting outside talent, he had to limit his existing partners promotions to above managerial role, which resulted in the end of his entire team walking up on him ... 

Making history 

But Jack was able to unify his team and once again beginning Alibaba, he challenged big operations like e-Bay and within 5 years e-Bay was driven out of the business in china. Thereafter with the help of more fund procured from the founder of yahoo, he was able to expand and grow into further international

markets. And in 2014 Alibaba made history through the worlds largest IPO to date.... and growing his business scale by scale making it worth 42.3 bn US$ ..


For you these failures might seem normal but once you bear this failure, you will realize, how difficult it is to move past this again and again... Thus you should keep this in mind that achieving your dreams is not easy enough. There are a lot of sacrifices you have to make. I think that we have to get used to such failures, you should keep on changing yourselves and alike 'FORREST GUMP'( HOPE YOU HAVE WATCHED IT) you should keep fighting. besides you should also stop the habit of blaming others. Once you feel that you have done something wrong and check yourself, it means that there is hope for success.
Hope now you are confident enough to take an oath that never ever in your lifetime you are going to give up.

"If you don't give up, you still have a chance. Giving up is the greatest failure.."
